It was an absolute pleasure and honor to return to produce the 2017 Fader Fort. Our team had a year off and SXSW just didn't feel right. This year was the first in a new space with a much more intimate feel. There were a slew of great performances and the crowd seemed into the new space. Overall, it was great to be back with family.
FUNNY or DIE @ SX
You've got to prepare when shooting for Funny or Die. It's quite difficult to deliver steady footage when shaking from laughter. Our team had an early morning shoot with the FOD team at Voodoo Doughnuts in Austin promoting the film CHIPs. The team was great to work with and we all left on a sugar high.
FLOOD and Penguin "Original Tracks" Sessions @ SXSW
During SXSW our team captured two new "Original Tracks" sessions for FLOOD and Penguin. This time around we had the pleasure of shooting with the bands FRENSHIP and Deep Valley in the insanely cool South Congress Hotel. The spaces we shot in were so unique and we are psyched to share these sessions!
FLOODfest Recap Crushed!
Our great friends at FLOOD invited us to join them at FLOODfest again this year to produce their recap. The event was two days of fantastic performances featuring Temples, FRENSHIP, The Districts and The Black Lips. We shot over the course of both days and captured a ton of great content. Always great working with FLOOD and friends.
XI Media Returns to The Fader Fort @ SXSW!
We are extremely proud and excited to share that our team will return to produce The Fader Fort this year at SXSW after a year off. The event is moving to a more intimate location and the overall feel is going to be all about the music / fan connection.
We can't wait to rejoin our Fader Fam and absolutely CRUSH this year a the Fort. Load in is one week away!!!
