Dusty has been living out his rock and roll dreams as Owner, EP and Director for XI Media for over 2o years. In that time, his experience has run the gambit from producing the world’s first 4K live stream concert in 2014, to producing live streams and one off captures for the world’s biggest bands, brands and labels.

Bradley Hughes is a Video Engineer and V1 with 17 years of experience supporting festivals, concert tours, and livestream productions. He builds and operates reliable video systems, integrating camera feeds and broadcast workflows while collaborating closely with directors, artists, and production teams to deliver seamless live experiences. Most recently, he served as Video Engineer / V1 on Vampire Weekend’s Only God Was Above Us (OGWAU) Tour, Parts 1 & 2 (2024–2025).
